We take 2-7 days to process according to the size and number of products and then 1 to 4 weeks to deliver it to you.
Yes we do have international shipping since December 2020! Some exceptions are unfortunately still remaining for some zone : Africa, Latina America, Middle East.... and lately U.K since Brexit is now official. You can verify if you're eligible for shipment at checkout. Feel free to contact us if you really want a product, we can do some exceptions ;)
Our offices are located in Paris, France. Our international warehouse is located in China, Thailand and Germany according to the product!
Our products can be shipped separately according to your order. If, for example, it contains articles from two different warehouses, there will therefore be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance and especially at this time related to COVID-19 events. You can however trace your order and see where it is at any time. We do our best to resolve any issues that our customers may encounter with their items online. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course complete the payment, in the event that the remedy is made within 30 days of the date of the order and that the product (s) concerned are not sold .
